brsk introduces WhatsApp for customer support

brsk has claimed an altnet first by introducing real-time customer support via WhatsApp, initiating a pilot project with a select number of users.

The technology brings customers and agents together with AI assistance and enables the fast-tracking of support queries.

brsk plans a phased rollout to continuously refine and enhance the service.

Kirsten Eddey, Chief Customer Officer for brsk, stated: "Introducing WhatsApp support is a significant step in our commitment to customer service. We aim to make broadband support as effortless and effective as possible."
