Connect Fibre has acquired the ISO9001 certification for its Quality Management System (QMS).
The ISO9001 certification recognises that programmes and procedures are in place to continuously improve service delivery and enhance offerings to meet the changing demands of customers.
Connect Fibre’s Chief Delivery Officer, Dale Regan, said: “Our primary focus has been to optimise our operational processes, and obtaining this validation rubber-stamps the efforts that have been put in.
“This not only highlights the high standards maintained in our work but also provides a framework for continuous improvement.”
