The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.

Lincolnshire-based altnet LightSpeed Broadband, has appointed Brett Shepherd as its new CEO.
Shepherd brings more than 12 years in senior positions at network infrastructure and telecoms businesses, having served as MD at LilaConnect, COO at Gigaclear.
He will head up a new LightSpeed management team as the altnet aims to reach one million homes by the end of 2025.
“I’ve been impressed with the company’s achievements to date and it’s an exciting opportunity to work with a great team to bring the latest full-fibre technology to more homes and businesses across the region, including previously underserved rural areas,” he said.
LightSpeed currently provides services to residents of Boston, Bourne, Spalding, Stamford, Market Deeping, and King’s Lynn and is expanding its network across a further 26 towns with additional homes going live this autumn.
