Spalding-based altnet LightSpeed Broadband has partnered with Mills and Prysmian Group to support its fibre rollout in the east of England.
The supply deals will allow LightSpeed to leverage Prysmian Group’s fibre optic cables and connectivity solutions as well as Mills’ overhead and underground infrastructure equipment.
Lightspeed Broadband is currently building its full fibre network in 25 market towns across the east of England.
It is building its network environmentally sensitively and with minimum disruption by utilising existing infrastructure, such as underground ducts and telegraph poles wherever possible.
