The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Following a year of investment into network growth and expansion, Neos Networks has appointed Tim Passingham as Non-Executive Chair of the board to ramp up its connectivity rollout.
Passingham has held several leadership positions at companies including BT, Colt Technology Services, and Level 3 Communications (now Lumen).
He is also Chairman of Cambridge Management Consulting, Chairman of the IoT pollution reduction technology business Iknaia, Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of sustainability consultancy Edenseven, a Non-Executive Director of The Carrier Club and a Non-Executive Director of Lightning Fibre.
“Tim brings a breadth of industry expertise and insight that will provide invaluable direction to the business,” said CEO Colin Sempill.
“Tim will help drive company momentum forward as we support the UK Government’s levelling up plans to meet its ambitions for a Gigabit Britain.”
Passingham added: “I will help the organisation to accelerate the delivery of the services that underpin the future of smart cities, the cloud, content and telecommunications providers plus unlock business opportunities for altnets, web giants and the UK public sector.”
