The merger of FullFibre and Zzoomm has been completed, creating one of the largest altnet companies in the UK, allowing the enlarged group to be in a stronger position to accelerate organic growth across its two consumer brands and wholesale network.
Merger
FullFibre and Zzoomm have agreed to merge to form one of UK's largest altnets with 600,000 ready-to-serve properties and over 65,000 customers, positioning the company well for further M&A.
Zzoomm is currently in discussions about a potential merger with FullFibre, in a deal that would create a new company worth around £500m.
