Hyperoptic has appointed Kathryn Bowden as its new Director of Regulation, Policy, Risk, and Compliance.
Bowden brings 15 years in the telecommunications sector beginning BT where she contributed to Openreach’s regulatory market reviews and established new compliance frameworks.
She then held roles at the Post Office's telecommunications division and Shell Energy.
Richard Woodward, CFO at Hyperoptic, said: "Kathryn’s extensive experience in regulation, compliance, and policy, coupled with her practical approach to risk management, will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve.”
