Bowden joins Hyperoptic as Director of Regulation and Compliance

Hyperoptic has appointed Kathryn Bowden as its new Director of Regulation, Policy, Risk, and Compliance.

Bowden brings 15 years in the telecommunications sector beginning BT where she contributed to Openreach’s regulatory market reviews and established new compliance frameworks.

She then held roles at the Post Office's telecommunications division and Shell Energy.
