4Fibre and SCCI Alphatrack have delivered a passive neutral fibre network to One Brighton's eco-friendly mixed-use development in Brighton with minimal disruption, helping to preserve the buildings' aesthetics.
One Brighton combines residential units, commercial spaces, and community areas, all built with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
SCCI Alphatrack (SCCIA) collaborated with the freeholders and managing agent (SHW) to implement a dark fibre network solution, ensuring minimal impact on the property’s visual appeal while maintaining strict fire safety standards.
Partnering with 4Fibre, SCCIA installed an infrastructure that eliminated the need for repeated wiring using the traditional method where multiple operators wire a building sequentially.
Local altnet and ISP Brighton Fibre connected 172 apartments in five weeks, and 4Fibre went live within a day, with no drilling involved, ensuring a seamless installation.
