4th Utility has named Steve Wilson as CEO of its new consumer business unit as it looks to treble its customer base over the next 15 months.
Wilson’s past roles include Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at Admiral Group, Digital Director at BT Consumer, CCO of Plusnet, Head of eCommerce at O2 and Head of Online at British Gas.
He is a Fellow of the Marketing Academy, a member of the CMO Council and was named a top 100 Chief Digital Officer globally last year by HotTopics.ht and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
4th Utility exclusively focuses on bringing fibre to apartment blocks across the UK. Its new consumer business unit will cover customer-facing activities, from pipeline development to marketing, sales and service.
He said: “As a business, we understand the unique challenges facing people living in apartment blocks.
“We are looking to stand out from the competition by building a company and creating a service that can meet their needs better than anyone else.”
