AllPoints Fibre Networks has agreed a new multi-million-pound partnership with BT Wholesale as it continues to expand the reach of its full fibre broadband offering.
Airband Community Internet has enlisted AlixPartners and Houlihan Lokey to seek new funding, according to Sky.
The report states that Airband has been working on a potential recapitalisation for several weeks and would require a substantial injection of capital.
The company is currently backed by Abrdn and secured £100m in November 2021.
The altnet was targeting 600,000 premises by 2025 across Devon, Shropshire and Oxfordshire.
We last reported that it had laid 134km of fibre in Worcestershire and was working to deploy an additional 151km by the end of the year.
