Zen Internet has appointed Maxine Blackwell as the new Director for People & Culture to help shape its people strategy that is contributing to the company's overall direction.
Blackwell brings a proven track record at board level of achieving results in fast-paced environments and has multi-sector experience, including law, manufacturing, retail and social housing.
Her strengths include a strategic mindset and communication skills alongside a leadership style characterised by trust, respect, and credibility.
Blackwell’s impact is already evident around the company: she has become ExCo sponsor of Zen's Women in Tech (WIT) network, and its environmental and B Corp working groups, driving initiatives that align with its commitment to people and planet.
