Matthew Skipsey has joined Netomnia as MD of its Wholesale Division, which provides open access to over 2.5 million premises.
He joins from AllPoints Fibre where he served as Network Strategy Director, having been with Giganet, and its predecessor M12, for 17 years in various technical leadership roles.
Skipsey also co-founded Wessex Internet in 2010, serving as Technical Director for seven years.
He said: “I’ve always respected Netomnia and the wider Substantial Group companies. They continue to achieve some impressive numbers including a capital-efficient build programme, and fastest altnet build and subscriber acquisition rate.
“I’m excited to lead Netomnia’s Wholesale division, which The network is on track to reach three million premises by the end of 2025, with plans to scale to five million by 2027.”
