Neos Networks has been appointed by Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver a D2N2 Gigahubs project scheme across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, helping local communities become better connected with faster and more reliable internet.
Connexin and STL have partnered to bring full fibre to an additional 22,000 properties in East Yorkshire.
The £3m project in Beverley brings Connexin closer to its target of addressing 150,000 homes in 2024.
Ashley Achmed, Connexin’s VP of Infrastructure, said: “This will empower customers with a full online experience and is a significant move towards our goal of increasing our fibre footprint for the people of East Yorkshire.”
Connexin’s overall aim is to become the fibre provider for 500,000 homes across the country.
