Freedom Fibre and Inmanta have signed a multi-year agreement to automate their FTTH services using Inmanta's intent-based service orchestrator, helping meet the growing demands of its customers.
Connexin has chosen STL as a partner to deliver the Nottinghamshire sections of its £58m Project Gigabit contract, which will connect around 34,300 premises in rural communities.
STL will provide its Smart Fibre Deployment Services to Connexin and connect 12,000 premises in hard-to-reach areas across Kirkby in Ashfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Annesley and Newark on Trent with Connexin's fibre infrastructure.
As part of the contract, STL has also committed to a community values programme to supplement and enhance the region by generating jobs for diverse candidates and supporting community initiatives.
Ashley Achmed, VP of Infrastructure at Connexin, said: "This collaboration signifies more than just broadband deployment; it's about delivering progress and inclusivity to rural communities.”
Praveen Cherian, CEO, Global Services Business, STL added: "Working with Connexin, we will bring Gigabit connectivity to rural communities in the UK, fostering equitable access for all and improving quality of life.”
