The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Digital Infrastructure and sister ISP brand BeFibre have appointed Paul Doyle as interim CEO, following Charlie Ruddy’s departure.
Doyle joins with over 40 years of experience in telecommunications, serving as an advisor to several technology businesses in the last five years. Before this, he managed technology, operations, commercial, finance and support functions for eir Ireland.
He said: “While competition in the market has intensified, there is ever-rising demand for high-speed broadband in the UK, particularly in underserved areas.”
The altnet aims to roll out to 400,000 premises, with over 100,000 currently ready for connection. It is building in 30 locations and aims to double this by the end of 2023.
