Fusion Fibre Group is joining PlatformX Communications (PXC) in partnership, enabling them to offer services across PXC’s network which spans more than 98 percent of UK premises.
Freedom Fibre has announced a partnership with Godel Technologies to boost its data-driven business solutions.
The collaboration will help deliver quality customer experience while driving down costs and improving the speed of roll-out.
Following a strategic merger with VX UK, the altnet experienced rapid growth.
To manage this, the company needed to rebuild their systems and required external resource, so required a local partner to work with them to achieve their business goals.
David Hough, Network Operations Director explained: “We decided we needed to rebuild our system’s infrastructure within the company and therefore looked for a Manchester-based nearshore partner who was flexible and collaborative in seeking data-driven business solutions.
“So far it has been a proactive consultancy where they feel part of our team and share similar goals.”
He continued: “What we’ve seen is a much more targeted solution that not only looks at our data but also how the business is structured.”
Godel is constantly looking for the best solution for their partners and it was important for Freedom Fibre that this was maintained as the relationship grows.
“With the help of Godel, we are developing a completely new system stack and began formulating the requirements for the business analytics phase of the work we are doing,” concluded Hough.
