giffgaff has partnered with Zentive, to make use of its One Touch Switch (OTS) platform SureSwitch in helping make broadband switching easier for its customers.
The platform supports multiple major UK broadband ISPs in delivering OTS compliance, and positions Zentive as a key enabler in the evolving UK telecoms landscape.
The partnership also shows growing market adoption of the SureSwitch platform, as telecom providers seek cost-effective solutions for One Touch Switch.
