Freedom Fibre and Inmanta have signed a multi-year agreement to automate their FTTH services using Inmanta's intent-based service orchestrator, helping meet the growing demands of its customers.
Giganet and CityFibre have strengthened their current partnership, expanding from an initial 27 locations to 285 cities, towns and villages across the UK.
The new deal means that Giganet will make its full fibre offering available across CityFibre’s entire eight million home nationwide rollout.
Greg Mesch, CEO at CityFibre, said: “Giganet understand the opportunity that a carrier-neutral provider like CityFibre can offer, as well as the technical and commercial advantages of our network.”
Jarlath Finnegan, CEO at Giganet, added: “Following customer uptake from our initial CityFibre locations, the UK has made no secret of how much they appreciate reliable connectivity from an ISP.”
Giganet joins Vodafone, TalkTalk and Zen as a major consumer internet service provider using CityFibre’s national footprint.
