Matthew Hare is stepping down from his Executive Leadership role at FullFibre.

He was appointed to the position in January following FullFibre’s merger with Zzoomm, where he served as CEO from December 2018.

Hare said: “Over the last year we have executed the merger between Zzoomm and FullFibre, creating Altnet Partners. Planned in the summer of 2024, announced in January 2025 and completed in March, we have created a substantial business covering over 600,000 homes and businesses in 100 towns with almost 80,000 happy customers, generating over £2m a month in revenue.”

Despite I am stepping back from the end of July from all day-to-day operation, Hare remains a significant minority shareholder.

He added: “I am leaving the company in the hands of our capable and energetic CEO, James Warner. I am confident in James’ leadership and his ability to guide and motivate the management team that will take our company forward.

“Thank you all for all your investment, hard work, support and enthusiasm both in the past, today and in the future in building Zzoomm, a company that I am very proud of founding and leading for almost seven years.”
