Freedom Fibre and Inmanta have signed a multi-year agreement to automate their FTTH services using Inmanta's intent-based service orchestrator, helping meet the growing demands of its customers.
Eastbourne-based Lightning Fibre's local FTTP roll out is set to speed up following investment from Foresight Group.
The full fibre provider will kick off the next phase of deployment in Eastbourne and Hastings as part of plans to serve 100,000 homes and businesses.
Lightning Fibre CEO Ben Ferriman said: "With funding now secured we can accelerate our build programme, providing multi-gigabit full fibre broadband to everyone we pass."

Foresight's advisers included Acuity Advisors, CMS and Analysys Mason while Lightning Fibre was advised by EMC Corporate Finance and DMH Stallard.
