Fibrus has signed a five-year agreement to deploy the Nokia Deepfield solution across its network, which has connected over 100,000 customers and delivered connectivity to around 400,000 premises, following a successful trial.

Pulse Fibre has joined in partnership with housing group untypical that aims to help thousands of new homeowners gain access to fast connectivity from the moment they move in.
As part of this partnership, which is initially set to last three years, Pulse Fibre will collaborate with untypical’s housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, to provide future-proof broadband infrastructure for their new builds.
Now, all residents will get 12-months free broadband, ensuring a hassle-free digital experience from day one.
Alongside Pulse Fibre’s full fibre connectivity offering, Figure Telecoms will also provide early site office connectivity and diversionary consultancy services.
Soon, untypical hopes to deliver over 2,000 homes annually.
David Newell, Group Commercial director at untypical commented: “Our partnership with Pulse Fibre to provide homeowners with fast connectivity from day one is just one of the new customer-focused initiatives that we are exploring to help put the customer first.”
Nathan Davis, Head of Development at Pulse Fibre added: “Connectivity is no longer a luxury; it’s an essential part of modern living, and this partnership reinforces our commitment to bridging the digital divide.”
The first developments to benefit from Pulse Fibre will be Ransome Road in Northampton and Nova Place in Station Road, Newport.
