The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Truespeed has appointed Robert Purdy as CIO to enhance its internal systems and aid its scale-up.
Purdy brings 38 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, most recently serving as Director of Consumer IT at BT.
Previously, he worked internationally for 20 years, leading teams for Orange, O2 and EE. His experience includes managing the technical integration of Orange and T-Mobile in the UK.
Truespeed CEO James Lowther said: “Robert’s strategic mindset and technological experience will be instrumental to Truespeed as we continue scaling up across the business.
Purdy added: “What drew me to Truespeed is how well it’s situated in its current scale-up phase with a strong leadership team, significant investor backing and ambitious growth plans.”
Dr Josef Karthauser will continue as Co-Founder and CTO and take a greater focus on the technology strategy.
