The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Box Broadband chief Graham Sargood is stepping down from his CEO role following nearly four years at the helm.
Sargood will continue to serve the Box, joining the Board of Directors to continue playing a role in the altnet’s future expansion.
He said: “Since August 2021 when Box Broadband closed its principal funding round, we have had the support of Community Fibre both financially and resource wise.
“This expansion will see us on track to deliver a full fibre optic network covering and supporting over 50k homes across the south east of England by the end of 2022, with a growing and trusted brand serving our communities.
“As a result of the ongoing integration programme that is now fully in progress to maximise operational efficiencies, I have decided that it is the right time for me to step down as CEO.”
