TalkTalk secures £75m financing facility from KKR

A refinancing deal to inject almost £500m into CityFibre by shareholders is being negotiated by investors to provide fresh equity funds that would be partly used to finance further altnet takeovers.

Voneus has received a further combined capital investment of £6,198,805 from its shareholder Global Connectivity plc (GCON), on 15th January, which follows from recent investment in 2024.
