The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Upp has appointed Ian Hill as its new Director of Information and Cyber Security as it aims to deploy its fibre network to over one million households by 2025.
Hill brings 35 years of IT experience and was ranked in the Top 100 IT Leaders by computing.co.uk.
“To be joining the company now is very important for me, because I get the opportunity to help shape a secure-by-design culture of cyber security,” he said.
Alex Marshall, the Chief Innovation Officer at Upp, added “Hill’s knowledge and expertise will help make Upp one of the country’s most secure and trusted fibre broadband providers.”
Upp is currently rolling out fibre across the east of England, with plans to expand further across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk in the coming months.
