Voneus has received a further combined capital investment of £6,198,805 from its shareholder Global Connectivity plc (GCON), on 15th January, which follows from recent investment in 2024.
Rural Broadband Solutions Holdings now has a significant stake in Voneus, following a move last year to merge SWS Broadband (Rural Broadband Solutions)m, Cadence Networks and Broadway Partners into Voneus.
It also meant that Global Connectivity kept their existing stake in RBSHL.
GCON has continued to put additional funding into Voneus via RBSHL, and this recently included another capital investment worth £20m during November 2024.
