Gender gap

CityFibre is celebrating its place for a second year running in The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality, and the fourth time the company has achieved this since 2021, implemented with a clear strategy and meaningful action.

According to data from the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER), women make up less than one fifth of the nation’s telecoms workforce, putting the UK far below the global average of 37 per cent.
