Hyperoptic has appointed Kathryn Bowden as its new Director of Regulation, Policy, Risk, and Compliance.

Connexin is bolstering its leadership team with the addition of Shameel Ahmed as CFO. Ahmed will play a key role in developing the company’s financial strategy and business plan working with the company’s executive team and investors.
He previously served as Head of Corporate Development at Community Fibre, playing a key role in the altnet’s acquisition by Warburg Pincus and Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners.
