The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
A report from the Telegraph states that BDUK’s Chief Executive Paul Norris is set to step down in September after three years.
Norris will be succeeded by Dean Creamer, a government official who oversaw the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
The Telegraph also reports on sources that attribute the leadership change to concerns over slow progress.
Reportedly letters were sent to a range of fibre providers announcing leadership changes in July.
