The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
BeFibre has bolstered its marketing, digital, sales, product and business development, HR and finance teams with 15 new specialist hires.
After securing £100m of Basalt Infrastructure Partners private funding, BeFibre and sister organisation Digital Infrastructure aim to build a combined 350-strong workforce by the end of 2022.
Amongst the recruits is Chief Marketing Communications Officer Rob Andrews who will oversee the sales, marketing, digital and comms teams.
Also new to this team is Head of Marketing, Sinead Gilbert (pictured), who brings two decades worth of experience in the industry, including 16 years at BT.
Tim Dagnell-Scott joins as Sales Director where he will leverage the experience gained as Sales Manager at County Broadband.
Ex-Google employee Ben Smith joins the altnet as Head of Digital where he will manage the new website build, online marketing and email automation services. Phil Jefferey joins to head up customer services and retention.
