CityFibre has completed the primary-build of its full fibre network in Dundee, connecting over 58,000 homes to faster broadband.

With construction of Rochford and Great Wakering’s full fibre network well underway, CityFibre welcomed
Cllr Ian Ward of Rochford District Council has witnessed first hand the construction work underpinning Rochford and Great Wakering’s full fibre network roll out by CityFibre and partner Telelink UK.
He visited Central Avenue for a close look at the £25m project.
Jean Gowin, Area Manager at CityFibre, said: “Our network will bring lightning fast and reliable digital connectivity to the area and unlock economic opportunities for the community.”
Ward, Portfolio Holder for Strategic Planning and Assets for Rochford District Council, added: “Fast and reliable digital connectivity is more important than ever before, so it was great to see CityFibre’s full fibre rollout in Rochford up close.”
