Connexin has bolstered its regional growth plans through the acquisition of fellow Hull-based ISP Wisper Broadband.
The acquisition is set to add thousands of Wisper’s fixed network access customers to Connexin’s customer base as it continues its mission to diversify the broadband scene in Hull.
Furqan Alamgir, Co-founder and CEO of Connexin, said: “Through this move, and the roll-out of our own full-fibre network, it brings us another step closer to creating a fairer, more diverse and broadband offering.”
Michael Foley, MD at Wisper Broadband said: “As technology has progressed, we have seen a significant increase in the requirement for full fibre and a fairer marketplace within Hull.”
