Emtelle, a manufacturer of blown fibre, cabling and ducted solutions, is expanding into Wrexham to meet the increasing demands of UK network operators.
The expansion will increase Emtelle Group’s manufacturing capacity and shorten supply chains whilst providing localised access to its solutions.
Emtelle will leverage space within its sister company’s factory to add microduct coiling and manufacturing capabilities.
CEO Tony Rodgers said: “This expansion supports our customers and their ambitions to participate in the unprecedented demand for passive network solutions across the UK, where targets are set for at least 85% of premises to have access to gigabit broadband in the next five years.”
