The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.
Ogi’s Construction Director Steve Wigley-Jones is retiring after four decades in the telecoms industry.
He started his career as an apprentice with BT, ultimately becoming General Manager of Service Management.
Over the last 20 years Wigley-Jones focus has been on fibre infrastructure. He moved to Openreach in 2010 to head up a fibre roll-out programme in Cornwall, then Telent, before joining Ogi in May 2019.
He said: “It has been great to bring all my experience back to Wales and make a real difference to communities like the one I was brought up in.”
CEO Ben Allwright added: “Steve has helped us to secure our investment and get our build programme off the ground. We wish him all the best for the future.”
