A recent survey from bOnline has shown that many SMEs are unsure about the availability of altnet in their area, with confusion over the UK’s broadband roll-out strategy.
F&W Networks now passes more than 335,000 premises with fibre connectivity, up from 230,000 at the end of 2022.
The altnet’s footprint quadrupled in 2022, with rollouts underway in over 38 areas in Southern England.
These latest figures keep the company on target to hit its goal of a million premises by 2025.
Through its retail arm Hey!Broadband, F&W has added five ISPs under its wholesale proposition with more looking to connect throughout 2023.
CEO José Luis San Martín said: “The third of a million homes that we have built to date shows that we are set to achieve our goal of one million homes passed by 2025, and will continue to focus on scaling our partnerships, operations, and efficiencies.”
