Gigaclear will pass 2,800 homes and businesses in Brixworth as it continues to take its fibre network into market towns and communities in Northamptonshire.
The altnet has already installed fibre optic connections in Brixworth, where the speed is now up to 900mbps.
Tony Smith, Regional GM at Gigaclear, said in Northants Live: “This is going to be a game-changer for people living in Brixworth.
"Having access to reliable and fast broadband speeds is no longer a luxury but is necessary in order for many people to live their lives fully.”
