Pulse Fibre has partnered with south west homebuilder Cavanna Homes to deliver full fibre infrastructure to its new homes at Warmwell Rise in Dorset, a community of 140 two-to-four-bedroom homes.
G.Network fibre will be available to over 30,000 premises following a master wayleave agreement with housing association London and Quadrant (L&Q) which accommodates 250,000 people in 110,000 homes across London and the south east.
Over a thousand L&Q properties can already connect to G.Network’s full fibre services.
COO David Sangster said: “We are in discussion with a number of further Housing Associations about signing similar agreements.”
Vicky Holland, Head of Special Projects and Sustainability at L&Q, added: “Delivering connectivity to our residents enables them to take advantage of the financial, economic and social benefits of being online."
