Commsworld and North Lanarkshire Council are inviting local businesses to a one-day event demonstrating the benefits digital innovation and transformation.
ISPs, build partners, local authorities and trade associations all descended on Mills' office in Uxbridge at the end of March to be given an engineering perspective on the UK's full fibre rollout.
Attendees were given the latest updates on the UK's Fibre rollout from keynote speakers Malcom Corbett, CEO of INCA, and Michael Maltby, CEO of Jurassic Fibre.
The morning also saw talks and demonstrations from suppliers Emtelle, Eurocraft Technologies, Sunbelt Rentals, Sumitomo Electric, Radiodetection, FTTH Innovations, Honeywell Analytics, Mills and Fremco.
The afternoon was put aside for crucial networking, with guided tours also available of the Mills warehouse.
Chairman Jerry Mills said: “The events are supported by suppliers in the industry, showcasing fibre infrastructure products, associated tools, test equipment and machinery.
"In addition to supplier presentations, keynote speakers from ISP’s and trade associations give insights into the rollout of the fast fibre to support Gigabit Britain and ensure the Governments targets are achieved.”
The event at Mills' office in Uxbridge was the first of four shows being held around the UK, with future events PQMS Training on the 21st April, CTTS Training on 6th June and DTN Training on 13th October.
