The Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA) has appointed Paddy Paddison as its new CEO to succeed Malcolm Corbett.

MS3 has strengthened its Executive Team by appointing Rebecca Dobson as People Director and Stuart Bamber as Director of Delivery.
Bamber brings experience in the altnet industry having held roles at both Community Fibre and Gigaclear.
Dobson joins from Orchard Care Homes where she served as Director of People and Talent.
According to CEO Guy Miller, the appointments will support MS3’s recent growth. He said: “Due to our existing network that we have grown over a number of years, MS3 has been able to expand rapidly since securing our Partnership with Asterion Investment Partners just last month.”
“With a dozen new team members and 40 new civils engineers on-boarded and out in the field in January alone, we are well placed to deliver on our ambition to be a major regional player in the fibre space by the end of 2022.”
