MS3 Networks is celebrating key successes in 2024, surpassing 20,000 premises and connecting its 10,000th customer in Hull, boosted by the altnet provider’s partnerships made in the community to help broaden fibre access.

The company also made progress expanding connectivity to underserved areas, growing the total ISP partners to 40 by the end of the year.

These significant milestones were made possible by new collaborations too; over 450 Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) tenants in Grimsby and Cleethorpes
now have the option to connect to the network.

Elsewhere in Scunthorpe, September marked the first anniversary of the MS3 network in the area, with an independent report showing the connectivity could boost the GDP by £9m and create up to 100 local jobs.

Moreover, MS3’s partnership with Scunthorpe United Football Club and initiatives like the Pennies Make Pounds program with Lindsey Lodge Hospice demonstrate its commitment to also giving back to the communities.

Further key milestones saw the launch of MS3’s partner support program Partner Plus, giving partners the choice to tap into a dedicated sales team, helping actively foster growth in underserved areas.

The launch of a new price comparison website also provided a 500 per cent increase in orders through the channel between March 2023 and March 2024 – with the initiative building a more competitive market in Hull and the Humber, where residents can now make decisions that align better with their connectivity needs.

This drive to support customer choice has been a cornerstone of MS3’s mission, and the awards and milestones of 2024 are affirmations that the company is on the right path.
