CityFibre has begun work to connect more than 57,000 homes and businesses across areas of East and West Sussex to full fibre broadband as part of a £108m Project Gigabit award.
Openreach has published information on ten new locations where it plans to deliver fibre technology to a further 124,000 homes and businesses.
The exchanges span the UK in areas including Cheriton in Kent, Mexborough in South Yorkshire, Grangemouth in Scotland, and Morriston in Wales.
More than 2,800 towns, cities, boroughs, villages and hamlets are now included in the company’s build programme.
