CityFibre has connected its first customers in Buckinghamshire as part of its Project Gigabit rollout across the area, made possible by over £58m in government funding.

Virgin Media O2 has connected more than 20,000 additional homes in Southall to its network, bringing gigabit broadband to tens of thousands more people.
Gillian O’Boyle, Director of Strategy, Network Expansion said: “More of what we do everyday is taking place digitally, from working from home to connecting with friends.”
Cllr Steve Donnelly, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Economy at Ealing Council added: “This could have a transformational impact and Ealing Council was pleased that our Highways Department was able to assist with this rollout.
