Quickline Communications aims to allocate at least 5% of its workforce to formal apprenticeships or graduate development schemes in the next five years.
Martin Cook has become Quickline Communication’s 100th employee as he becomes Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
The rural altnet has doubled its headcount in the last six months and expects to achieve the same feat over the coming year as it ramps up following its acquisition by Northleaf Capital last summer.
CEO Sean Royce said: “Northleaf’s half a billion pounds of investment means we will be creating hundreds of new jobs across the region.
“On top of Quickline jobs, there are even more opportunities for sub-contracted jobs for various projects as new masts and full fibre network builds are rolled out.”
