Telecom, Luminet and GigaBritain become Elevate

Telcom Networks, Luminet and wholesale initiative GigaBritain is to become a rebranded company under a new name, following the integration of its B2B divisions.

Following the acquisition of Luminet late last year, the firm ran a comprehensive integration and rebranding process with extensive input from customers, partners, and employees.

The result is a new organisation that is described by Elliott Mueller, CEO, Elevate, as having “a new name, a whole new look, and a refreshed vision and mission.”

Mueller commented: “Elevate is based on delivering a streamlined and seamless customer experience from one ‘ground-to-cloud’ technology partner.

“The Elevate name was chosen to reflect the need to continually raise service standards and alleviate technology related business issues in the telecoms industry.”

The launch of Elevate represents a year-long process of integration and a major investment in systems and the ability to provide solutions at scale.

There was significant investment in the diversification of the company offering, building additional solutions like WiFI, LAN and WAN management, cyber security, and business communications.

“By doing this, we hope to simplify IT management and streamline suppliers for customers,” he commented.

Andy Tatlock, Chief Revenue Officer, Elevate added: "We felt it was really important to have an identity and a brand that would give us and our customers a belief that we could deliver our services competently.

“There’s a lot of investment that’s happened internally within Elevate as we brought the two businesses together, and this has given us a platform to give us seamless and effortless processes that we want to offer to our customers both today and for future growth.”
