Grain is bringing faster broadband to Burton-on-Trent, in a major upgrade that will transform internet speeds for residents who will get dedicated full fibre connection.

Tom Tugendhat, MP for Tonbridge and Malling, recently visited Openreach’s network build in Edenbridge which has passed 20,000 homes and businesses in the local area.
Edenbridge was included in Openreach’s build plans in June 2021. Since then, engineers have been working there and in other nearby places including Lingfield, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge, and will continue throughout 2023.
Tom Tugendhat MP, said: “I know this is a really important issue for many residents across our villages and the progress, through technology.
Faster broadband is vital, not only to individuals and families within their homes, but also for the many small enterprises and businesses, who support our local economy.”
