TOTSCo has chosen Tech Mahindra to design, build and operate a message-exchange platform, named TOTSCo Hub, for its OTS system.

TOTSCo has shared a revised One Touch Switch planned go-live date of 12 September 2024.
It states that this date was agreed following numerous conversations with communication providers and other stakeholders from all industry sections.
A bulletin said: “We believe that all parties can achieve this date. While we recognise that many CPs would prefer an earlier date, we believe that this is the earliest credible date given the implementation timescales that have been communicated to us.”
TOTSCo will also publish a plan for One Touch Switch to address the different paths to golive depending on participation in industry trials.
One Touch Switching was initially given a go-live date of Thursday 14th March 2024.
