WightFibre has been awarded ISO 27001 Certification, awarded to companies which demonstrate a robust framework to help define, document, review, and update security controls, ensuing they are implemented consistently.
WightFibre has become one of just 16 organisations in the UK to achieve The Institute of Customer Service’s ServiceMark with Distinction Accreditation.
The accolade is the top status given awarded by the ICS and requires a qualification via a series of surveys and interviews with staff and customers. The Institute surveyed over 500 WightFibre customers, as well as most of its’ employees.
