Giganet has been certified for five ISO accreditations under a UKAS-approved auditing body, reaching the gold standard in Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, Information Security, and Business Continuity.
The altnet was inspected in two stages, with the first comprising a five-day audit focusing on the Integrated Management System. Stage two entailed a 20-day audit across 30 functional departments within Giganet.
Lee Meek, Head of HSQE at Giganet said: “The purpose was to ensure we had processes in place that worked, could be evidenced, underwent regular review, and conformed to safety and information security policies and procedures.”
