The Xantaro Group has acquired NetDescribe GmbH to add security services for NOC, SOC and OT security for its carriers, service providers and data centres in the UK and Germany.
The two companies had already been working together as strategic partners since mid-March.
Gerold Arheilger, CEO Xantaro Group, said: "The acquisition is the first milestone on our way to strengthening the Xantaro Group with further leading providers.
“As a result, our customers will benefit from a comprehensive service and solution portfolio.”
Elmar Prem, MD of NetDescribe GmbH, added: " Both industrial and commercial companies have ever-increasing demands on OT and IT. The services and solutions from Xantaro and NetDescribe give customers visibility into their infrastructures.”
